a bit of raft paddling practice, this sector of San Lorenzo River could be a splendid site for you. A close by category II whitewater section is to be found on San Lorenzo River; the Boulder Creek to Felton portion is 9.1 miles long. It's probably ok to go paddling on this section
of San Lorenzo River even if you feel your paddling capabilities aren't very fine. Whitewater rapids are perilous occurrences, so you must check the situation before heading out. So many amusing things in the Santa Cruz Mountains, just striking. A glorious beach right next door
