141 to Belfast segment is a perfect 1-mile-long piece of Goose River. This segment of Goose River is recommended for skilled kayak paddlers solely. The type II-V Black Brook to Ducktrap Harbor sector of Ducktrap River is 3.5 miles long. This sector of Ducktrap River is well suited
for whitewater boaters who have been whitewater rafting and kayaking for some time. Marsh Stream has a great 9.5-mile-long class I-II whitewater segment close by, the Monroe Center to West Winterport section. For those inexperienced in kayak paddling this segment of Marsh Stream
may be a cool spot to raft. On Marsh Stream close by you run into the 6.5-mile-from-beginning-to-end West Winterport to Frankfort sector of type I-III whitewater. This sweep of Marsh Stream is not a spot for beginners to come whitewater boating unaccompanied. Goose Falls has a
grade II section of whitewater close by. The 0.2-mile-long Goose Falls Fd to same segment is great to paddle. In the event that you only hold very little knowledge in paddling, this section of Goose Falls could be a splendid paddling section. Whitewater boating may become risky, so check conditions before heading out.
