is advised for paddlers of medium skill. You find the 4-mile-from-start-to-finish Lochearn to Franklintown Road portion of Gwynns Falls close by; this is a grade II-IV whitewater stretch. This stretch of Gwynns Falls is fitting for kayak paddlers who have been whitewater kayaking
and rafting for a while but who are not yet ready for the exceptionally treacherous rapids. In case you are going whitewater kayaking and rafting, you have to always check restrictions.
