The 4.7-mile-from-beginning-to-end Lake Killarney to St. Francis River portion is a category II portion of whitewater on Stouts Creek. The skilled paddlers should almost certainly stay away from this stretch of Stouts Creek. Whitewater rafting or kayaking could become hazardous,
