Golf can be played at Whitefish Lake Golf Club; since you're here you have to check out Carver Bay. Kintla Lodge is pretty waterless regularly; the month with most of the rain is June while October is regularly the driest month.

The Canadian Border to Blankenship Bridge portion of Flathead River - Middle Fork is well suited for paddlers who have been whitewater kayaking and rafting for a while but who are not yet ready for the especially hazardous rapids. Check current conditions in advance of a trip on the whitewater, otherwise it's not secure. | |
