The Pine Hill Road and Route 25 section is a nice 6-mile-in-length class IV-V stretch of whitewater on Lovell River. This section of Lovell River is proposed for skilled whitewater paddlers exclusively. Whitewater rapids are dangerous phenomenons, so you should check current conditions prior to departure.

King Pine. King Pine has 10 feet of fluffy snow every winter, and has 6 great ski lifts serving the 16 runs. 25% of the 45 acres of skiable land at King Pine consist of difficult runs. But there are great runs for young ones and beginners as well; 75% of the runs are beginner and
intermediate. All through the days of summer highs here at Kingswood Acres reach the 70's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Kingswood Acres.
