It's a good 1.2-mile-in-length segment on Meacham Lake Outlet. This segment of Meacham Lake Outlet is suggested for skilled paddlers only. If you like whitewater, there is the Quebec Brook to Spring Cove segment, a category IV-V whitewater sweep on St. Regis River - Middle Branch, 8 miles long. This segment of St. Regis River - Middle Branch   is well suited for whitewater boaters who have been whitewater paddling for a bit.
