It's a type II+ run. For whitewater kayaking and rafting this run of South Praire Creek is a fun place. Nearby you run into the Eatonville to Nisqually River confluence section, a category II-IV stretch of whitewater. It's a good 7.5-mile-in-length stretch on Mashel River. If you
have a bit of paddling skill, this stretch of Mashel River could be a good stretch for your capability. For your security you have to always check restrictions ahead of going paddling.
