| vertical drop is 300 feet, and this ski hill gets covered by 7 feet of fluffy snow every year. Bradford has 18 acres to ski on; 60% of the slopes are beginner and intermediate which is great for beginners; 40% of the slopes are challenging.
Swamps don’t sound that wonderful but Salt Marsh in the neighborhood of Doubletree is relatively wonderful, and if you want to hit the beach, Magazine Beach is in the vicinity. George Wright Golf Club is a golf course right next door to Doubletree, and Carson Beach is quite nearby if you're in a beach type of mood. | |
