Ski Cooper has 5 different ski lifts, a delightful 1,200-foot vertical drop, and 26 trails. There are loads of trails at Ski Cooper that are easy, 60% of them while 40% are difficult. Ski Cooper is a delightful ski area with 400 acres of skiable terrain. The 2,433 acres of ski terrain at Copper Mountain is esteemed by skiers from far and near. Copper Mountain has 54% hard slopes and 46% green and blue slopes. The close by ski area Copper Mountain  
boasts 23 feet of good snow yearly. Copper Mountain has 23 great ski lifts that serve its 125 slopes; the drop from top to bottom is 2,601 feet. On Gore Creek you encounter the nearby East Vail Exit (I-70) to Eagle River portion. This is a grade III-IV, 9.2-mile-from-start-to-finish sweep of whitewater. Don’t rely on remaining dry whitewater rafting and kayaking this sweep of Gore Creek if by chance you're not an proficient kayak paddler. This part of Cross Creek is a demanding part for whitewater kayaking or rafting. The Redcliff to Tigiwan Rd sector is a brilliant 4-mile-from-beginning-to-end grade IV-V(V+) run of whitewater on Eagle River. It could be said that this run of Eagle River is a place for expert paddling. The 1/4 mile above confluence with Eagle River segment has a mileage of 0.25 miles; you come upon this bit of whitewater on Homestake Creek. It's a class V bit. Raft paddlers on this bit of Homestake Creek should hold quite a bit of experience in whitewater kayaking and rafting. Nearby you locate the Riverbend bus stop to Edwards section, a class III segment of whitewater. It's a great 7-mile-long segment on Eagle River. If you don’t want to risk getting soaked this segment of Eagle River is probably not for you. Don't ignore to check the latest conditions before heading out whitewater rafting or kayaking to guarantee your safety.
