    of whitewater to raft than this part of Cross Creek. The Redcliff to Tigiwan Rd section, a whitewater run on Eagle River is 4 miles long. This nearby run of whitewater is a class IV-V(V+). Don't go whitewater rafting and kayaking on this run of Eagle River unless you believe your
whitewater rafting and kayaking abilities are very great. The 1/4 mile above confluence with Eagle River portion on Homestake Creek is a nearby type V whitewater run, 0.25 miles from beginning to end. The novices should probably stay away from this run of Homestake Creek. There's a fine 7-mile-in-distance category III whitewater segment on Eagle River nearby, the Riverbend bus stop to Edwards section. On the whole this segment of Eagle River is a cool location for whitewater paddling. Raft paddling may get risky, so check the latest conditions ahead of  
going.

Ski Cooper receives 21 feet of wonderful snow per winter and has 4 different ski lifts to carry all the skiers up the hill. Copper Mountain has 2,433 acres to ski on; 46% of the runs are blue and green which is great for novices; 54% of the runs are demanding. There are 125 runs to choose from and 23 good ski lifts at the nearby ski area Copper Mountain. Copper Mountain gets on average 23 feet of snow annually and has a great 2,601-foot vertical drop. There's a tremendous business center, so you can keep your business working, and you will locate a delightful swimming pool here, so you can swim a couple of laps. The warmest time of the year at The Lodge At Vail comes with high temperatures in the 70's; the overnight is slightly cooler of course, commonly in the 40's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 20's with temperatures at The Lodge At Vail dipping down into the 0's through winter nights.
