There's a magnificent 1,840-foot height difference to take pleasure in at the close by ski hill Diamond Peak. Diamond Peak obtains 25 feet of great snow every year, and has 6 lifts serving the 30 trails. About 36% of the trails covering the 655 acres of skiing area at Diamond Peak are difficult while 64% of the trails are beginner and intermediate. Skiers enjoy Diamond Peak; it's a magnificent ski hill. The tough ski trails account for 25% of the beloved ski trails at Northstar at Tahoe, the ski mountain every skier enjoys. There's 2,420 acres of skiing territory to enjoy, 75% of which are intermediate or beginner ski trails. Ski down the 70 ski trails of Northstar at Tahoe; this ski mountain has a vertical drop of 2,280 feet. Northstar at Tahoe has 17 good ski lifts and gets on average 29 feet of beautiful snow every year. The advanced and expert trails at Granlibakken account for 5% of the trails, and they are incredibly glorious; novices and kids are in luck too, 95% of the 10 acres of terrain are covered by blue and green trails. The 1 trails at Granlibakken are all wonderful; the elevation difference is 300 feet at this ski hill. Granlibakken has 17 feet of good snow every year and has 2 great ski lifts to carry all the skiers up the hill. The 43 trails of Mt. Rose are all cool and are served by 6 good ski lifts. The altitude difference is 1,440 feet, and this ski resort gets blanketed by 33 feet of good snow every season. At Mt. Rose 40% of the trails are difficult while 60% are intermediate or beginner; everyone likes Mt. Rose with its 900 acres of skiing area. There are 56 ski trails to choose from and 8 ski lifts at the close by ski hill Homewood. Homewood gets blanketed by on average 29 feet of snow every year and has a good 1,650-foot drop from top to bottom. 65% of the 1,260 acres of skiing area at Homewood is easy, good for young ones and beginners. 35% of the ski trails on the other hand are hard and good for expert skiers.
