mountain. King Pine has 16 ski runs and 6 ski lifts. The red and black ski runs at King Pine account for 25% of the ski runs, and they are incredibly glorious; beginners and kids are in luck too, 75% of the 45 acres of skiable area are covered by beginner and intermediate ski runs. 10 feet of yearly snow covers the nearby ski area Black Mountain boasting its 1,100 feet of drop. 4 ski lifts serve the 40 runs at Black Mountain. With 33% of the runs being black and red, and 67% of the 143 acres of ski terrain being intermediate or beginner; there are good runs  
for any ability at Black Mountain. 67% of the 280 acres of skiable area at Attitash Bear Peak is easy, nice for children and beginners. 33% of the trails on the other hand are hard and nice for skilled skiers. 12 feet of snow fall every season on the 70 trails of Attitash Bear Peak. This nearby ski resort has an altitude difference of 1,750 feet and has 12 good ski lifts. Shopping is many people's favorite passtime and of course there is a nice shopping mall.
Jockey Cap can be seen from Oxford House Inn; Swans Falls is a magnificent local attraction. The vista of the mountains by Oxford House Inn is very beautiful, and of course the peaceful view of a garden makes you feel at home. Get some good exercise hitting balls on the tennis court.
For the duration of the summer at Oxford House Inn temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Oxford House Inn dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place!
