pleasant day in Maple Falls. The 4.5-mile-from-beginning-to-end to National Forest Nooksack section is a type V+ section of whitewater on Racehorse Creek. Don't go raft paddling on this part of Racehorse Creek unless you feel your raft paddling abilities are very pleasant. You
find the 8-mile-long Douglas Fir Campground to Mt. Baker Highway milepost 27 segment of Nooksack River - North Fork close by; this is a class II-III whitewater section. The Douglas Fir Campground to Mt. Baker Highway milepost 27 segment of Nooksack River - North Fork is recommended
for paddlers of medium knowledge. A class V, 4.5-mile-long whitewater segment can be found on nearby Nooksack River - Middle Fork, the Clearwater Creek to Heisters Creek section. The beginners should in all probability stay away from this segment of Nooksack River - Middle Fork.
Don't go raft paddling prior to first checking restrictions; it's treacherous business. There are non-smoking rooms at Mt. Baker Rim. Yeah, come up here to the Northern Cascade Range for a good time. Don't miss out on a spree to Lake Chelan National Recreation Area while you're
