This portion of Little River is suitable for paddlers who have been whitewater rafting or kayaking for a while but who are not yet prepared for the extremely treacherous rapids. The Sinks to Elbow portion is a fine 3.5-mile-from-beginning-to-end class III-IV+ part of whitewater on Little River. Only those experienced in paddling should venture to raft this part of Little River. Check circumstances before you go on the whitewater, otherwise it's not safe.
