every year, and has 34 great ski lifts serving the 193 trails. Vail has 5,289 acres to ski on; 60% of the trails are beginner and intermediate which is wonderful for beginners; 40% of the trails are expert and advanced. 1,625 acres of skiing territory is at your disposal at Beaver
Creek; blue and green ski runs account for 73% while expert and advanced ski runs make up 27% of the ski runs. There are wonderful ski runs for everyone at Beaver Creek. The 146 ski runs at Beaver Creek are all wonderful; the height difference is 4,040 feet at this ski mountain. Beaver Creek gets blanketed by 28 feet of ice cold snow every winter and has 14 different ski lifts to move all the skiers up the hill. Make yourself a great jug of java here at Lodge Tower Resort exactly as you take it with the coffee brewer in your room. Ptarmigan Point is a peak you can catch a sight of from Lodge Tower Resort, and a tour to White River National Forest when you're here is never a bad idea. Near Lodge Tower Resort is a glorious 9.2-mile-from-beginning-to-end section of whitewater on Gore Creek, a class III-IV, this is the East Vail Exit (I-70) to Eagle River section. This section of Gore Creek is appropriate for whitewater paddlers who have been paddling for a bit but who are not yet prepared for the exceptionally dangerous rapids. The Cross Creek portion of Cross Creek is suitable for kayak paddlers who have been paddling for a bit. A glorious 4-mile-in-distance whitewater part on Eagle River is nearby. This, the Redcliff to Tigiwan Rd portion, is a type IV-V(V+). If you are a beginner, you should almost certainly look for a different part of whitewater to kayak than this part of Eagle River. The 0.25-mile-long 1/4 mile above confluence with Eagle River portion is a grade V portion of whitewater on Homestake Creek. Don't go whitewater paddling on this sweep of Homestake Creek unless you feel your whitewater paddling skills are very tremendous. Don't go whitewater paddling ahead of first checking the situation; it's treacherous business.
Lodge Tower Resort is located in delightful Vail, Colorado, where the Park Range always gives you something cool to do. There's a good business center, so you could keep your business operating; enjoy a glass of something at the brilliant hotel drink bar.
The brilliant restaurant here at Lodge Tower Resort makes brilliant meals, and when you are not feeling like exiting the room here at Lodge Tower Resort to eat lunch, call room service and they'll give you food.
