Fine backcountry trekking awaits you on the in the vicinity Mammoth Rock Trail; this backcountry trail has a difference in altitude of 1,224 feet and is 2.8 miles in distance. You require three hours to hike the Mammoth Rock Trail; it's a challenging hike. A splendid 3.4-mile-long hiking and backpacking trail with a splendid 954-foot difference between top and bottom can be   encountered in close proximity. This is the Sherwin Lakes Trail; it's a beautiful trek. When you're backcountry trekking the beautiful Sherwin Lakes Trail you should plan something like three hours for the trek. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Sierra Nevada. A fine place like Bottomless Pit here at Bigwood is too delightful to miss, and while you're here and you like golf, you can check out Snowcreek Golf Course. For the duration of the long summer days at Bigwood temperatures are mostly in the 90's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while Bigwood night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 20's.
